Private, downtown Boston dental office looking for a front desk/ receptionist to join our team. 1 dentist, laid back with pleasant patients.
Location near Arlington T station.
Hours: M-Th 7am-4pm.
*Must have strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
*Must be at the office by 6:45am, no exceptions.
*Must be able to 'adult', think and work independently.
Examples of daily tasks:
Greet patients with smile, check in and check out.
Collect payments
Fill schedule, make appointments.
Answer phone calls, emails and texts.
Make sure our software submitted all insurance claims.
No prior experience dental office is required. We will train the right candidate. Can start right away.
Pay $22 /hr. Negotiable. Competitive pay, matching 401k plan, a lot of PTO, health insurance, and 1 hour lunch break.
No weekends or nights.
Please make sure you double check office hours and commute.
