We're looking for someone who is passionate about skin health and the beauty industry. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you must be warm and engaging and have a genuine commitment to providing an incredible customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire client confidence and help build client rapport and loyalty.
  • Educate clients about Pure Glow services and healthy skin care regimens related to airbrush tanning.
  • Greeting Clients: Welcome clients as they enter the studio with a friendly demeanor. Provide information about services and any studio offerings.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring that clients are booked for their desired tanning sessions.
  • Answering Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries through texting and walk-in inquiries regarding tanning services, pricing, packages, memberships, retail, and any other related questions.
  • Processing Payments: Handle credit card transactions or other forms of payment accurately and efficiently. Maintain proper documentation of transactions in the CRM platform.
  • Product Sales: Assist clients in selecting appropriate retail items that support the tanning service. Provide information on product features, benefits, and usage instructions.
  • Package & Membership Management: Assist clients with package and membership inquiries, sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations. Maintain accurate records of package and membership details.
  • Client Assistance: Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot issues and escalate them to management.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that the reception area and lobby are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. This may involve light cleaning duties such as tidying up magazines, wiping surfaces, and ensuring supplies and retail are stocked.
  • Promotional Activities: Support marketing and promotional activities by informing clients about upcoming events or specials and encouraging participation.
  • Adhering to Safety Procedures: Ensure that clients adhere to safety guidelines and procedures when receiving a service by offering safety supplies at check-in.
  • Training: Stay informed about the latest tanning trends, products, and techniques through training sessions provided by the studio.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth studio operations and exceptional customer service.
