Duration: 9 Months (Temp to Engage)
Location: ONE FEDERAL ST, Boston, MA 02110 Hours: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Will be Covering multiple on-site staff at different locations primarily in a Receptionist/Front desk role with some mail, shipping/receiving, copy and hospitality duties.
Must be flexible between the hours 8am-6pm for an 8-hour shift. Occasional lifting of 50lbs or less, 2-3hrs of occasional standing and a combine daily walking of 2hrs .
Must be able to lift up to 50LBS, walk, bend, twist and stand the entire shift as needed without assistance.
Must also be able to communicate in writing and verbally in English.
Seeking those with working experience of Receptionist/Front Desk experience, working in an office environment. Someone with an above average computer skills, Microsoft office and office equipment's. Must also have longevity on positions and professional in appearance and communication.
Dress code is business casual
