MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
As the Front Desk Receptionist for our nonprofit office, you are the first point of contact for everyone who enters our premises. The success of our organization depends on providing excellent customer service, and you play a key role in maintaining our high standards.
From the moment you arrive in the morning to open our doors, you present yourself in a professional and welcoming manner to all visitors. You monitor and direct program participants as well as monitor security cameras and identify individuals requesting entry via an audio buzzer system.
Additionally, you provide administrative support, making copies, distributing faxes, creating flyers, and typing other documents as assigned. You work with a team of dedicated professionals, who like you, are committed to our core values, including empathy and respect for all.
WHAT MATTERS MOST
