Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Duties: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives - Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures - Oversee employee relations issues and ensure prompt resolution - Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct - Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics such as diversity, harassment prevention, and performance management - Manage the performance appraisal process and provide coaching to managers on effective performance management techniques - Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations - Collaborate with finance department to develop and manage the HR budget - Conduct organization design activities to optimize workforce efficiency Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management role - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations - Experience with HRIS systems such as Oracle, Workday, or UltiPro - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization - Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively - Data analysis skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
