Job Summary

• Ensure that internal monthly financials and various reporting are timely and adhere to GAAP.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Public accounting or other professional services experience preferred
• Must have knowledge of GAAP
• Expert knowledge in Excel especially working with VLook Ups and Pivot tables
• Working knowledge in ADP or another HRIS system
• Good understanding of Quickbooks
• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Payroll processes and procedures
• Must be experienced in budgeting and development of analytical models
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Effective Project management skills
