```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our pastry department. ```Duties``` - Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards - Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques - Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry items - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned ```Requirements``` - Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Experience in cake decorating is highly desirable - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of pastries - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards - Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure customer satisfaction with our pastry offerings - Culinary degree or certification is a plus If you have a passion for creating delicious pastries, have experience in cake decorating, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.
