A Project Manager at Padnos is crucial in leading the development and execution of innovative technology implementation. The Project manager works closely within a dynamic team to complete several small to large projects. A Project Manager oversees multiple related projects within the organization to ensure they align with strategic goals and are executed efficiently. They coordinate resources, manage risks, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. A successful candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage complex initiatives.
Typical projects cycles will involve R&D, Scope definition, field work, conceptual and final design, coordination of fabrication, installation, and project start-up. The Project Manager will lead a project team and own vendor coordination necessary for project completion. They will lead meetings to solicit input from a project team, update project progression, and ensure the internal customers’ needs are being met.
