The Assistant Project Manager will work with the Project Manager, CEO and Foreman to plan and manage metal panel projects from start to finish. Our work takes place in the office, at construction sites throughout Michigan and in the greater Mid-West region. Most of our current/future jobs are within 75 miles of Grand Rapids, regular travel to and from the job sites and our office is required. The job requires experience in towing and hauling to get materials from our office and vendors to the field team. A regular operator's license with insurable driver record is required.
The Assistant Project Manager must have some experience in construction methodologies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. We are in need of someone who has a variety of skillsets to match the varied nature of our day to day operations. Our new hire should be a team player who is solution oriented and willing to go the extra mile to maintain and build relationships with our clients/vendors to uphold our reputation for excellence. In short, a person with the ability to safely haul loads, has some construction experience and can communicate professionally with a willingness to learn, will thrive at Thermline.
