Thermline Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan and manage metal panel projects from start to finish. The Project Manager must be well-versed in architectural and structural construction methodologies and procedures. Be able to collaborate with a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to specifications and project requirements and without exceeding budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, architects, and installers.
  • Shop drawing and project document coordination.
  • Submittal processing.
  • Generation of panel cut list and trim list.
  • Contract and change order management.
  • Assist in addendum and bulletin management.
  • Supplier communication and RFI management.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stock to avoid delays in schedule.
  • Hire subcontractors and allocate responsibilities.
  • Attend progress & coordination meetings.
  • Evaluate progress and report to management.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
  • Assist with determining project completion for monthly billings.
  • Assist with estimating.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
