We are looking for a responsible Project Manager to administer and organize IT projects from simple software implemenations to more complex infrastructure projects.

Project Manager responsibilities include working closely with our Presales Engineer (PSE) and Account Managers (AM) to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks such as scheduling and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and running various project meetings. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, documentation skills, and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project Manager's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain projects in the appropriate systems.
• Create and manage work plans, tasks, allocated hours, and schedules.
• Conduct and lead various project meetings (solution design, review, project status meetings, lessons learned meetings).
• Act as project point of contact and communicate to all participants.
• Perform client facing status meetings for projects in progress.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
• Project procurement
• Track project deliverables and task progress throughout the duration of each project.
• Uses tools to monitor budget hours.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Manage project scope changes.
• Send weekly project status updates to SJA Solutions team.
• Demonstrate organizational core values.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong ability to speak and write about technical items in non-technical verbiage.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Ability to understand technical project scopes and delivery methods in order to keep projects focused on signed deliverables.
• Confidence to communicate to clients when desired work is outside of the scope of a project and help assign that work to the appropriate support team.
• Strong understandng of Project Management software. Experience with Connectwise Manage or Moovila Perfect Project a plus.
• PMP, CAPM, CompTIA Project , Google Project Management Professional, etc certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
