Account Manager Job Description
Job Summary:
The Account Management Team serves two purposes (i) to act as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders; and (ii) to ensure the clients needs are being met.
The Account Management team will provide internal stakeholders with Lessee’s business requirements. The Account Management team will also provide external stakeholders, e.g. the Lessee, with PRC’s business requirements.
When a conflict arises between internal and external stakeholder requirements, Account Management will be responsible to escalate the matter to the appropriate parties for resolution. Further, once an agreement is reached between PRC and the Lessee, Account Management will be responsible for ensuring that such solutions are documented and implemented by the appropriate business units.
