Account Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

The Account Management Team serves two purposes (i) to act as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders; and (ii) to ensure the clients needs are being met.

The Account Management team will provide internal stakeholders with Lessee’s business requirements. The Account Management team will also provide external stakeholders, e.g. the Lessee, with PRC’s business requirements.

When a conflict arises between internal and external stakeholder requirements, Account Management will be responsible to escalate the matter to the appropriate parties for resolution. Further, once an agreement is reached between PRC and the Lessee, Account Management will be responsible for ensuring that such solutions are documented and implemented by the appropriate business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Incoming/Outgoing Customer Requests
  • Triage Customer Requests
  • Assign Customer Requests to the appropriate department based on the request.
  • Act as liaison (or, in the event of an outgoing request, send PRC’s request to the appropriate external stakeholder).
    • Ensure that resolution has occurred.

• Identification and Documentation of Customer Nuances
  • On-Boarding
  • Off-Boarding
  • Portal Demos
  • Schedule Meetings and Calls with external stakeholders, excluding calls for new business.

• Document Collection
  • Obtain executed drafts of MLAs, ELS, ACs, NAs, Amendments, Renewals, Certificates of Incumbency, Equipment Purchase Agreements
  • Obtain Purchase Orders for new leases and new renewals
  • Obtain POAs in a titled vehicle transaction
  • Obtain tax exemption certificates and/or validate tax exemption certificates if a lessee has requested to be tax exempt.
  • Obtain Property & Liability Insurance Certificates
