ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Position Summary: OTG Management is a growing airport concession company that has revolutionized the hospitality industry by pushing the boundaries of excellence. We are looking for a Senior Director of Human Resources, In this role the Senior Director of Human Resources will be tasked with creating streamlined processes and identify opportunities. This person will our work in partnership with key leadership and effectively deliver programs. Responsibilities: Establish a regional strategy in collaboration with local HR representatives and operational Leadership Work with EVP of HR on strategy for the region. Work closely with HR leadership to establish operational systems and goals Oversee open enrollment, ensuring employees are informed of their eligibility, their available benefits, and receive support throughout the enrollment process Prepare and distribute written and verbal communications to inform employees of benefits programs Ensure compliance with required legal documents, reports, and filings Constantly monitor legally mandated time off and leave benefits to ensure compliance Establish systems for accurately tracking and administering time off and leaves of absence Partner with legal counsel and Labor relations to protect the company Recommend changes to continually improve efficiency. Periodically analyze OTG compensation to ensure equal pay requirements are followed Design creative solutions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 10 years of HR operations, technology, and total rewards experience BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance/Accounting or related field; Masters preferred Expertise in Ceridian Dayforce A track record of managing, leading, and developing a team Expert knowledge & understanding of HR (local/state/federal) law OTG Concessions Management, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and employer.
