The Intern will be assigned to one of the following parts of the business: HR – Benefits. The Intern will support the department by working on (but not limited to) special projects and initiatives. Responsibilities and Project List: Learn and uphold the organization's values, philosophy, ethics, integrity, and code of conduct.Assist with various projects and research, as requested by the department.Learn the ROB (rhythm of business.) Special Projects might include:Top 3 features of the project they would work on Design our Semi-Monthly Newsletter. Update our Microsite for our Union crew.Update our Benefit Marketing Materials.Learn key functions and update/provide input based on Ceridian Dayforce, our HR (Human Resources) system.Provide administrative support to the assigned department, as needed.Qualifications and Requirements:Enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of an Associate or bachelor's Program in an accredited College or University, pursuing a Bachelors degree.Creative and a good writer with skills in Adobe and InDesign. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task. High levels of initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to take constructive feedback.Successful in both an independent and team-oriented work environment.Strong work ethic and integrity, with high energy and a positive attitude.
