Job Description:

Are you a night owl with a passion for the hospitality industry? Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Kompose Hotels is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Night Auditor at our Sarasota location. No prior experience as a Night Auditor? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Conduct night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and generating reports for management.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs promptly and efficiently, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address guest needs and ensure seamless operations during the night shift.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Monitor the property and respond to any security or safety issues that may arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

• While previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred, we are open to training candidates who possess a strong willingness to learn and grow in the position.
• Proficient in operating computer systems and familiarity with hotel property management systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
