As an office manager you will work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively, serving as the liaison with the Accounting, Finance, Project management, and Recruiting departments to ensure the integrity of our information and systems, that we hire great people, and that everyone is trained. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a team member. The ability to multi-task, completing your workload in a timely manner, and managing administrative support is essential in this position. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly
  • Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
  • Maintain office and clinical supplies by checking inventory and order items
  • Cross-train with other departments AP-Invoice Coding and AR
  • LCP Tracker and Prevailing Wage
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company
  • Assists and manages schedules for executive team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Type a minimum 55WPM
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAM
  • Quickbase
  • Dispatching
  • HR Platforms experience
  • Paycom
  • COIs
  • Colorado Prevailing wage and LCP knowledge
  • Contracts
  • Construction industry background
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Positive and motivated to go above and beyond
