ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Vice President (VP) of Product will have a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the product portfolio at OneOme. In this leadership position, the VP of Product will be instrumental in orchestrating the entire product lifecycle of OneOme’s offerings. This includes the strategic development, implementation, marketing, and ongoing maintenance of our products. This position will lead a team of product management, marketing, and business experts and also be responsible for staffing, mentoring, and fostering a culture of innovation.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in healthcare products and services, including health technology and analytics capabilities. The VP of Product will serve as the driving force behind the product management practice at OneOme, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer feedback, and internal demands to capture comprehensive product requirements. Specifically by taking charge of overseeing a suite of products at OneOme, including the RightMed Lab Test (a PGx testing and reporting product/service offering), RightMed for Populations (a population health management-based PGx program offering), Vantage (an interactive clinical decision support tool), OneOme’s provider and patient portals, population stratification tools, and our lab and interpretation software. This role requires close collaboration with senior leaders across the organization to construct compelling business cases that guide the evolution of our products and services offerings.

Hybrid - OneOme Headquarters, 807 Broadway St NE, Suite 100, Minneapolis, MN 55413 preferred, but not mandatory as long as routine travel to OneOme’s HQ office occurs as needed for OneOme executive leadership team meetings, Board meetings, and other times as determined by OneOme’s CEO.
SCHEDULE AND HOURS
This position requires the ability to work between the core company business hours of Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Work outside of normal company work hours including weekends may also be required depending upon business needs.

The employee is required to perform repetitive motions, including reaching above the head, and typing. Specific vision abilities required by this job include peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Color-blindness testing is required for those with job-specific duties requiring color discrimination.
