About the Role

The Company is seeking a Growth Initiatives P&L Leader to join their Product Management team. This role is pivotal in driving the profitable growth of the business through the management of the Growth Product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the growth initiatives product strategy, ensuring alignment with distribution strategies, and managing the product lifecycle. This includes engaging in market activities as part of the Future Growth Deal team, co-creating with clients to enhance retirement income solutions.
