Graco is Hiring a Remote Vice President, Enterprise Applications

The Vice President of Enterprise Applications will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, implementation, and support of our suite of business applications. Leading a talented team of business and system analysts, technical developers, database administrators, and production support professionals, the VP will ensure our global enterprise applications ecosystem—spanning Manufacturing, Warehousing, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience—operates seamlessly and innovatively. With a strong background in the Oracle product suite and a strategic mindset, the VP will guide the organization in making informed tool selection, build vs. buy decisions, and setting priorities that align with our business goals. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction for the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of all enterprise applications, with a focus on maximizing the value of our investments. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive enterprise application roadmap, aligned with overall business goals and objectives. Partner with business stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and identify how enterprise applications can be leveraged to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision making. Oversee the application development lifecycle for all applications, including needs assessment, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Manage a team of enterprise application specialists, including developers, analysts, and support personnel. Exhibit expertise across the Oracle product suite. Ensure the effective governance and security of all enterprise applications, including data integrity and access control. Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in enterprise application technology, particularly within the Oracle product suite. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners. Manage the enterprise application budget and ensure efficient resource allocation. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the enterprise application strategy. Excel in project management, delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic business goals. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise application management, with a proven track record of success in leading and implementing complex application initiatives. In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle applications, including experience in system administration, configuration, customization, and development. Experience in Adobe AEM, SAP Hybris, Sales Force, Team Center, application architecture and integrations, is a plus. Strong understanding of business process analysis and change management principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technical professionals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
