The Opportunity:

One Medical is seeking a SMB Sales Executive who will be responsible for bringing in new business with clients ranging in size from 50 to 500 employees. Over the last decade One Medical has established relationships with employer groups nationally, and we are now seeing the results - companies who provide One Medical as a part of their benefits package have healthier employees. As we enter our next chapter, we want to scale these initiatives and broaden our reach nationally. Reporting to the Regional Business Sales Lead, you will work cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to develop and drive sales strategy for your assigned territory.

What you'll likely work on:

  • Represent One Medical and interact with small business prospects and customers in your assigned territory
  • Host in-market events and office tours for prospects and brokers.
  • Schedule and host lunch and learn events with benefit brokers and consultants.
  • Identify and close target accounts - employer groups ranging in size from 50 - 500 employees
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Create and implement a go-to-market strategy resulting in meeting or exceed quota in your given territory
  • Identify and educate industry influencers and consultants to create inbound lead flow
  • Create and maintain a healthy pipeline with forecasting accuracy
  • Navigate multi-touch sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision makers

What you'll need:

  • 3 years' B2B sales experience; or at least 1 year of B2B consultative service-related sales experience
  • Experience selling to employers with at least 50 employees
  • Track record of exceeding quota attainment in a B2B sales environment
  • Skilled in outbound prospecting and identifying target accounts
  • Experience in a multi-touch sales cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chicago, Illinois.

The base salary for this role is $90,000.
