Experienced Salesman:
Earn 113,000 to 352,000. We are looking for experienced salespeople with outstanding integrity and strong work ethic. We are seeking individuals who are currently in sales but are not happy with the compensation or product. You must be willing to learn, be adaptive, and thrive in an extremely competitive environment. You must have excellent communicative and social skills to be able to explain to our customers the products and configurations that are right for them. This is the position for you if you are energetic, eager to thrive and are resourceful.
If you are hired, we have a 1 week boot camp where you will be rigorously trained on all components of solar. After the boot camp, you will have your job which entails prospecting leads, setting appointments and closing our clients. Expect and show up for weekly trainings with the team. We work in a super fun and positive environment, expect constant support from your peers and managers. This position is a fast paced sales role with EXCELLENT commission.
