Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Expanding the number of opportunities with different potential customers in your territory.
• Work with property management and facility managers to solve pipe issues.
• Achieve, if not surpass, monthly quotas. Develop account strategies and plans by forecasting time and revenue.
• Regularly demonstrate success, out-of-the-box thinking and a creative approach to developing business.
• Responsible for attending Sales meetings, Trade-shows, Presentations to vendors/customers.
• Generate proposals and contracts in a timely manner.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Create sales material to present to customers.
• Efficiently sell our unique solution through one-on-one selling and group presentations.
• Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities. Manage accounts working alongside Project Coordinator, Project Managers and Office Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with competitors.
• Other responsibilities as defined

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent
• 4 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
