This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and high quality food with a pleasant overall dining experience at all retail locations. Responsible for being an active participant in a management team that assesses the needs of customers, determines creative ways of meeting those needs, and plans for future needs. This individual will directly supervise retail supervisors. This person will coordinate and indirectly supervise store's personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control as well as labor scheduling, staffing and employee training. Will plan and implement special promotions and activities.
Responsible for setting the financial and the professional development goals for all profit centers and staff. This position is responsible for decisions relating to customer service, budget development and financial performance. Supervise the taking of the monthly inventory and inventory management processes. Oversee the cash management process; and Micros POS systems. Serve as liaison for franchise operations periodic training as well as certification. All other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
High School/GED and six years of experience in retail food establishments, with at least two of those years in a supervisory role OR Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience.
Must be able to demonstrate outstanding Customer Service, an appreciation of quality and attention to detail as it relates to preparation and presentation.
Must have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
ServSafe certification within one year of hire.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse staff and experience in staff development. Must be able to work with all ages and all types of educational backgrounds. Knowledge of principles and methods consistent with purchasing, service, business and human resource management. Must possess strong interpersonal and customer relation skills. Demonstrate good leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills. Experience with computerized inventory systems and point of sales cash operations. Computer knowledge a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant, Business or related field.
Four years related experience.
