Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents and understand all implied requirements.
• Possess strong communications skills, with proficiency with English language.
• Possess solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with geometric tolerances, and ability to use and understand precision measuring tools.
• Experience with calibration, dimensional inspection, document control, and quality management standards.
• Highly independent and motivated with exceptional organizational skills.
• Reliable work habits with a proven excellent attendance record.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• QA or QC professional with CMM experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of AS9100 and IS9001 standards preferred, NADCAP experience a plus.
• Experience with internal and external auditing processes preferred.
• Experience with supplier management a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
