OCTAGOS HEALTH, INC. is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Manager
- Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers
- Develop leads by creating demand and identifying physician/practice champions
- Conducts virtual and in-person demonstrations of software platform
- Responsible for inbound calls from potential customers
- Key point of contact during and after the new customer onboarding process
- Conducts business reviews with customers on an ongoing basis
- Provides technical and educational expertise
- Maintains appropriate documentation
- Utilizes and maintains internal software
- Partners with other employees to appropriately understand market and customer dynamics
- Overall understanding of competitive landscape
- Current with all new CRM products
- Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to maintain necessary credentials
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of cardiac device or SaaS experience
- Understanding of medical terminology and medical device industry
- Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
