The Monroe Team LLC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Agent

Job Description:

Are you passionate about real estate and skilled at building relationships? Join The Monroe Real Estate Team as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) and play a vital role in our success! We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team and assist us in generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various lead generation techniques such as phone prospecting, social media outreach, and networking to identify potential clients and generate new leads.
  • Client Communication: Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, and other communication channels to understand their needs, provide information about our services, and schedule appointments for our agents.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups, providing valuable information, and addressing their inquiries to guide them through the sales process.
  • Database Management: Input and update lead information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, preferences, and progress.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our real estate agents to align on lead priorities, share insights, and coordinate efforts to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email platforms, and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team members and contribute to overall team success.
