Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm or 7:00am – 4:00pm
Temp to Hire
Pay rate DOE (starts $22.00)
The Sales Rep. is responsible for reviewing requests for quotations, relaying appropriate information to Engineering, and completing quotations with the support of the Sales Manager. This position is also responsible for the coordination of delivery, order entry, documentation, and any additional customer requirements. Strong computer skills as well as time management, organization, multitasked, and communication skills are required for this position.
Work with other onsite personnel (or vendor personnel) to provide service including pulling parts, cross referencing descriptions, and order entry to receipt.
Expedite orders as requested by the customer through interactions with vendors.
As needed, act as the customer’s on-site expert by attending production and engineering meetings and then providing appropriate follow-up.
Provide support to all members of the sales team to facilitate optimal customer service from quote to delivery.
Oil/Gas experience is a plus.
