We are looking for a bright, ambitious, and talented Account Executive to join our growing Americas Commercial Team based in our downtown Chicago office. For the bold and self-driven Account Executive who aspires to work for a market leader serving the aviation & travel industries that helps power both the US and world economies we have the opportunity for you! As part of our Americas sales team, you will strive to not only maintain, but also expand, relationships with your clients. Bringing one - three years of sales experience to your consultative, solutions-based sales approach, will ensure each and every customer utilizes our product and services in ways that best achieves their individual business goals. Your keen attention to detail will allow you to manage all facets of each of your accounts while providing excellent follow-up. Previous sales success has proven your ability to meet and exceed sales targets and identify new sales opportunities. Ideally, you have used a CRM such as Salesforce to efficiently manage your tasks. Your entrepreneurial spirit, ability to speak and sell to high level executives and your desire to work in a global industry make you the perfect fit for this opportunity.

 This is a Hybrid role of both in office and remote working. Candidates must be ok with coming in the office in downtown Chicago 2-3 days per week.

  • Self-Starter. Someone who is focused on success and overcoming obstacles.
  • The ability to build rapport and trust quickly and for years to follow.
  • Great questioning skills. A deep curiosity of a customer’s business, their goals and pain points.
  • Deep Use Case understanding or "What is the problem they are really trying to solve?"
  • Strategic Vision. The ability to create a strategy, implement that strategic vision, and see it through to a successful result.
  • OAG Product knowledge (gained over time). Technical knowledge will help greatly with understanding OAG’s delivery methods and what the best solution is for your customer’s business needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of business, including new and renewal, for specific territory
  • Prospect and find new leads for territory, and progress them through the sales process to close won
  • Increase the new business within territory according to new business quota
  • Renew existing business within territory to achieve quota, and negotiate agreement with customers as required
  • Provide existing customers with ongoing training and product support via telephone, email, or onsite visit as required
  • Utilize Salesforce for all communications, activity, and forecasting

You will also be expected to comply with company policies and procedures, attend training, commit to ongoing development and to meet the requirements of the Company’s Health & Safety Policy within their area of responsibility

What we are looking for:

Education, skills & experience requirements

  • A brilliant, organized, structured, eager to learn, and hungry salesperson with a passion for problem solving, data and technology
  • 1-3 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience closing deals between $5k - $50k annual contract value on a regular basis
  • Experience of managing and exceeding sales quotas. Success managing a renewal book of business by retaining/growing that book of existing client and finding new customers for growth.
  • Sound business acumen
  • Accustomed to a multimedia product suite and a diverse customer base
  • Evidence of using CRM to good effect and pipeline discipline
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • MUST be Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing and speaking)
