Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Manager - Marketing Strategy Lead, Events (brand experience).
In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to the strategy and development of innovative marketing initiatives tailored to diverse patient segments and healthcare professionals. This role will collaborate with other Communications & Marketing (C&M) teams and cross-functional NYULH stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the health system's mission to drive brand reputation and appointment volume.
Reporting directly to the Director, Head of Enterprise Marketing Strategy, this position will play a critical role in NYULHs overall strategic marketing efforts, including creating innovative programs to support events marketing strategies, providing a deep understanding of the profiles of different audiences attending events, and supporting the advancement of NYULHs enterprise objectives. This role will represent NYULH at local and regional events and may require travel to event sites during working hours.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Strategy, or related field
5 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, specifically with developing and executing marketing strategies for events
Proven experience in healthcare marketing strategy and innovation
Proficiency in project management, communication tools, and data analysis
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to external audiences
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply and communicate data-driven insights
Understanding of branding and its use in event activations
Creative instincts and willingness to test-and-learn
Proven ability to work effectively in a highly-matrixed environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in New York-specific Marketing, Management, Strategy, or related field
Bilingualism is an asset (Spanish/English)

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $76,721.84 - $127,869.56 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
