About The Role:

Myriad360 is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Manager, Events. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing our event marketing strategy. From conferences to virtual events, your goal will be to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Working closely with our engineering and regional sales teams to ensure the success of each event.

This role is accountable for:

• Planning and executing events including all logistical aspects to ensure seamless execution.
• Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to foster successful collaborations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to maximize lead generation and conversions.
• Representing Myriad360 at events acting as a brand ambassador and creating positive brand experiences.
• Managing the event marketing budget to achieve a high return on investment.
• Collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and partner teams to align event strategies with company goals.
• Tracking and analyzing event performance, attendee feedback, and lead generation results to measure ROI and improve future events.
• Coordinating with the sales team for timely follow-up with event leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Completing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
• Other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in event marketing with a proven track record of planning and executing successful events.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required to attend events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Creative and strategic thinker with effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.
• Proficient in using event management software and tools.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $105,00 - 125,000, plus opportunities for profit-sharing bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
