This position is on a 4/10s schedule. 4 days a week for 10-hour shift, working 9am- 7:15pm. You will have Saturday and Sunday off and your third day off will be based on availability and seniority.

Responsibilities/Duties:

· Completes the online application for the claimant.

· Maintaining extreme attention to detail

· Provide outstanding customer service to clients.

· Asks a series of personal medical questions.

· Demonstrate Empathy, Compassion, and Patience

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

· Meet productivity and quality goals.

· Answer calls transferred by Intake Specialist and call clients at their scheduled appointment times.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong customer service skills

· Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

· Ability to conduct oneself with the utmost professionalism.

· Willingness to assist with some administrative assistant duties as needed.

· High school degree required.

· Customer service experience

· Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.

· Capability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation:

· $18.00 an hour; with a bonus structure that allows the opportunity to make up to an additional $5.00 an hour.

This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to enter the legal environment. Customer service and/or administrative experience is highly desired but not required. The position is full-time, on-site, and entails 40 hours per week.
