Job Description: Content Creator (Entry Level)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Project Management: Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects related to brand development, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
• Social Media Management: Curate, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, fostering audience engagement and brand loyalty.
• Blog Posts: Research, write, and edit informative and captivating blog posts that align with our brand's voice and resonate with our target audience. Optimize blog content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.
• Content Creation: Develop visually appealing and impactful multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, that communicate our brand's messages effectively. Utilize your design experience to create eye-catching promotional materials and assets.
• Internal and External Reputation Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a positive internal brand perception, ensuring alignment with our core values and company culture. Additionally, manage external reputation by monitoring online presence and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Newsletters: Create compelling email newsletters that deliver valuable information, updates, and promotions to our subscribers, reinforcing brand awareness. Write engaging content and utilize your design skills to enhance newsletter layout and aesthetics.
• Video Production: Produce high-quality videos for various marketing purposes, including promotional campaigns, client testimonials, and educational content. Manage the entire video production process, from conceptualization to editing and distribution. Familiarity with video equipment and editing software is essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for and understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
• Examples of social media posts, writing samples, and other relevant content creation examples that showcase your abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, content creation software, and project management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and grammar.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas to brand development.
• Basic understanding of design principles and experience working with design software is a plus.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.

Compensation:

The compensation for this entry-level position is in the range of $21 to $29 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
