Office is located in Sodo neighborhood of Seattle, Washington (Zip Code 98134). The office is not co-located with the managed properties. This role operates off-site at the Seattle office and the majority of properties are located in King County.

Full-time with weekend flex time.
Nth Properties is seeking a dependable and highly motivated Portfolio Manager to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing over 100 doors of rental properties, including single-family homes, apartments, and commercial buildings – all located off-site between Tacoma and Everett (Washington). Majority of doors are located in the King County Area!
As a Portfolio Manager, you will be working from our office during normal business hours with weekend flex time, as needed. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our rental properties, including rent collection, tenant screening, and lease agreement management. You will also be responsible for handling maintenance and repair requests, as well as managing vendors and contractors.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in property management and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to automate processes and continuously look for ways to improve our property management systems.
