Seeking an Property Manager to join a rapidly growing company with an excellent portfolio of properties in and around the commercial retail space here in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will possess at least years of relevant experience working with commercial retail properties and have proficiency in property management technologies. This role will primarily operate in an office environment with a fantastic team and excellent exposure to ownership.

Your responsibilities as the Assistant Property Manager include:

• Assigning work orders and overseeing maintenance tasks.
• Addressing tenant requests promptly and efficiently.
• Managing monthly property management cycles, including rent collection and financial reporting.
• Conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and maintenance standards.
• Showing properties to prospective tenants and handling leasing inquiries.

You should hold the following experience and requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• 3 years of experience in property management.
• Proficiency in using property management software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
