Position: We are a busy pediatric therapy clinic currently looking for an outgoing and well-organized individual to join our team! We are in need of a Scheduler and Front Office Specialist at our N.E. Portland Clinic location. This job requires detail and excellent customer service for our clients and daily support for our therapists. Our opening is 3 days a week, approximately 20 hours/week.
Location: 10130 N.E. Skidmore, Portland, OR.
Hours: Part-time: Tuesday - Thursday from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Compensation: $20.00/hour About Us:
Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is a non-profit organization providing occupational therapy, physical therapy, and mental health and medical services for children from birth to young adulthood. Job Specific Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills, proactive, self-motivated, and ability to learn quickly and adapt.
Excellent phone demeanor and customer service skills to represent the company in a professional manner - especially in a busy and sometimes loud environment.
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google, Internet, Scanning Records, and Email.
Ability to be a self starter, always looking to improve and expand responsibilities.
Independent worker who thrives in a small office environment.
Ability to carry out company policies and procedures in an effective manner and communicate these to clients.
Scheduling background is preferred, however, this is not required.
Positive fun attitude and work ethic is more important to us.
Flexible and willing to lend a hand wherever needed is extremely important. We are a busy but very friendly office and everyone pitches in as needed to keep things running smoothly.
