Hours: Part-time: Tuesday - Thursday from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is a non-profit organization providing occupational therapy, physical therapy, and mental health and medical services for children from birth to young adulthood. • Strong organizational skills, proactive, self-motivated, and ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Excellent phone demeanor and customer service skills to represent the company in a professional manner - especially in a busy and sometimes loud environment.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google, Internet, Scanning Records, and Email.
• Ability to be a self starter, always looking to improve and expand responsibilities.
• Independent worker who thrives in a small office environment.
• Ability to carry out company policies and procedures in an effective manner and communicate these to clients.
• Scheduling background is preferred, however, this is not required.
• Positive fun attitude and work ethic is more important to us.
• Flexible and willing to lend a hand wherever needed is extremely important. We are a busy but very friendly office and everyone pitches in as needed to keep things running smoothly.
