 Job Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to office and plant personnel.
• Work directly with end-users in office and manufacturing plant environments to assess and document technical or system-related issues and requests and track them to resolution.
• Install, troubleshoot, replace, and configure IT components in office and plant warehouse, such as Computers, Monitors, Printers, VoIP Phones, Network Switches, Thin Clients, Barcode Scanners, Label Printers, etc.
• Work directly with vendors and managed service providers to resolve escalated issues. 
• Responsible for maintaining our inventory of IT hardware and software assets. 
• Support manufacturing personnel and operations with technical questions and issues. 
• Provide training and guidance to users on applications, systems, and other IT-related topics.

Requirements

 Requirements

• Must be passionate about providing an excellent service experience and helping others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1-3 years previous or IT work experience in IT, or related technical function.
• Highly analytical, able to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently. 
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, network environments, security configurations, and group policy management. 
• Must be comfortable working with and supporting a wide range of technologies. 
• Must have great attention to detail.
