What will you be doing in your role?

• You will provide technical support and assistance to agencies for the subgrantee extranet portal.
• You will provide technical support and assistance for the statewide client database system.
• You will provide technical support and assistance for ClientTrack, extranet WordPress site, and Salesforce systems.
• You will troubleshoot user issues in accessing all database and online systems.
• You will resolve database-related tickets within set timelines.
• You will perform routine database maintenance tasks.
• You will create and maintain documentation for database procedures and processes.
• You will assist with the implementation and testing of new database features and functionality.
• You will monitor database performance and identify potential issues.
• You will escalate complex issues to the Database Manager.
• You will maintain expertise in current database technologies and trends.

Are you the next Database Support Specialist?

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR a combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a database support role.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems, SQL, and data manipulation techniques.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and principles
• Familiarity with refugee populations and their needs preferred.
• Ability to travel to quarterly strategic meetings across the state (at minimum)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
