Overview
Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Collaborates between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans are communicated.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, & deadlines.
- Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders.
- Plans and facilitates project meetings to align stakeholders to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
- Independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Experience with project management tools
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
