POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an initiative-driven, detail-oriented & highly organized individual to be an integral member of a team that supports the recruiting and selection process of financial advisors and team members. This is an entry-level role which will provide support for all recruiting efforts in the firm. This position involves performing functions that allow the leadership team to efficiently attract, select, train and contract financial representatives and staff. The Talent Acquisition Specialist has an overall understanding of sourcing candidates and our mutual fit selection process. This position the ability to professionally engage with candidates while demonstrating warmth, approachability, and charisma. This individual will need to possess our core values and contribute positively to the efforts of our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and organize applicants and leads for full time and intern candidates
  • Update centralized posts through Indeed and LinkedIn and field applicants through pre-screening process
  • Utilize both LinkedIn Recruiter & LinkedIn Recruiter Lite to actively source candidates
  • Represent the firm at community events with the goal of sourcing candidates
  • Responsible for managing & developing community engagement calendar, newsletter, & related projects
  • Conduct initial candidate meetings as needed
  • Generate daily and weekly reports
  • Maintain consistent and timely touchpoints with candidates in process
  • Organize and maintain candidate files and materials and their readiness for interviews as they occur via OneDrive and Microsoft Outlook
  • Attend monthly firm builder and weekly recruiting calls and coordinate logistics and agenda for meetings and events
  • Assist with marketing and branding of recruiting & training materials as needed
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling tasks for the Chief Development Officer, including supporting the CDO with various projects and meeting preparation, as required
  • Provide ongoing support to the Managing Directors and Directors of Selection

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in an office environment or student with high accolades
  • Proficient in Cloud Services and Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Excel
  • Experience creating content on Canva
