Job Description
HireUp Talent is seeking a full-time on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter for one of our clients. This position is a great opportunity for a recruiter that wants to own the recruiting and onboarding process from end to end for a growing company in the home services industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly with emphasis on construction or general labor.
What does the day to day look like?
- Post, source and screen candidates for openings in a variety of positions.
- Create engaging job posts to attract talent in a competitive industry.
- Attend career fairs, trade school and local job fairs to identify potential talent.
- Manage social media and recruitment advertising.
- Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual and on-site).
- Manage the candidate experience.
- Lead the offer and onboarding process through to hire and first day.
- Assist with other recruitment and HR duties as needed.
