Summary:

• The Onboarding Representative will be responsible for seeing candidates and collecting documents in person, copying all required onboarding documents, scanning documents to appropriate TA systems, managing onboarding appointments and providing administrative support to the Onboarding department as needed.
• Acknowledge customers promptly and courteously creating welcoming environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

***This is an in-office role. You will be required to travel between the Tampa (minimum of 3 days per week), Winter Haven and Clearwater onboarding office. Mileage will be paid.
