Our client, a Top National Commercial Real Estate Organization has an immediate need for an Assistant Controller at their office located near Atlanta, GA. The position details are as follows:
- Accounting or Business Degree
- A minimum of 4 years of Accounting experience
- Full-cycle accounting
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexible, wear many hats
- Experience with Sage and QuickBooks is a plus
- Experience with Real Estate entities and Yardi is a plus
- Experience with Billing
- Experience with contracts, lien waivers & vendors
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Operations experience a plus
