The Administrative Lead assists in running all front-of-house studio operations, with a strong focus on customer service as well as meeting sales expectations. Ideal candidates are friendly, have strong customer service skills, basic sales experience, and experience working with children. The Administrative Lead is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance indicators for the studio, including membership sales and renewals, retail sales, maximizing member traffic, maintaining a high level of customer service, and assisting coaches when needed.
