Soil Retention Systems, Inc. is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Carlsbad, CA
We are an engineering firm and manufacturer of concrete products. We need an experienced, self-motivated administrative assistant/customer service specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great communication, organizational skills, and excellent time management to keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate would be able to:
Oversee and support day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the office is operating smoothly
Contributes support to all office employees and construction crew
Answer multi-line phone system, take messages, and receive incoming calls regarding our products and services
Performs clerical duties such as sorting mail, filing, typing, and operating a variety of general office equipment.
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence
Order and keep an inventory of office supplies as needed
Manage all needs for the building, vendors, and office equipment
Greet office visitors, prepare conference room for meetings
Oversee company calendar
Run local errands
Qualifications needed:
3 years of work experience in an administrative/customer service role
Construction experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
Must be a self-starter and driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office
This will be M-F 8 am-5 pm Full time, in-office position
