North Bridge Staffing is Hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator Near Chicago, IL
Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator (Temporary)
Duration: 1-2 month assignment, starting April 15th
Location: West Loop, with free employee parking
Hours: 9am-5pm with 30-minute lunch (flexible start and end times available)
Pay Rate: $26-$28/hour
Overview: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team temporarily. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of their financial processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling accounts payable tasks efficiently and accurately, utilizing QuickBooks and other tools to manage invoices and payments for multiple companies.
Responsibilities:
- Process and enter invoices for payment accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage biweekly payable runs and prepare Excel listings of payments by company
- Pay American Express cards and handle various financial transactions
- Perform accounts payable duties for multiple companies within the organization
- Process approximately 400-500 invoices per month
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel proficiently
- Manage equipment loan processes
- Cut show crew checks as required, involving copying and pasting offer details into the system
- Maintain a positive attitude and soft people skills in interactions with colleagues and vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- College degree not required, but relevant education or certifications are a plus

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
