Nevados is a distributed organization with many team members working remotely, while other roles require an in office and on-site presence. Reporting to the Director of Project Management within the Nevados Supply Chain team, the Project Manager will be a customer facing role, acting as the main point of contact for external partners (developers, owners, and contractors).

While this role can be based remotely, this role may require occasional visits to job sites within the continental US. Travel will vary based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, change orders, estimates, scheduling meetings, taking and sending out meeting minutes, preparing project progress meeting agendas, etc.
• Keep track of and report on project progress
• Coordinate efficiently and effectively between internal teams and customers
• Complete any tasks assigned by the Director of Project Management in an efficient and timely manner
• Keep track of project deliveries in an organized manner
• Read and understand contract language including key contractual deadlines
• Update project tracking software (Monday.com), ensure all project information is up to date
• Coordinate with supply chain and customer to provide updates on deliveries
• Coordinate with engineering team and customer to provide updates on customer requests
• Track RFIs from customers and ensure timely responses are being provided to key stake holders
• Track change orders and ensure material orders are placed with internal stake holders.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Project Management orderly and efficiently to help implement project goals

• Previous construction management experience or administrative assistance (APM, project engineer, project coordinator)
• Previous Solar construction experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Proficiency in any management software
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and plans
• Excellent note taking skills
• Ability to quickly respond to emails as needed
• Ability to provide exemplary customer service to Nevados customers

Actual base salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
