- Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers, architects, surveyors, and external stakeholders such as regulatory agencies, contractors, and clients.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of permit applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and local zoning ordinances.
- Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or questions.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on land development projects.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles, site design, grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and permitting processes related to land development projects.
- Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- PMP certification or similar credentials are desirable but not required.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability practices in project management.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
