Job Summary:

Netrush is looking for someone who is able to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. We need someone who is curious and eager to learn and highly motivated around process improvement. This role plays an integral part to our accounting team and brand partners. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Audit invoices received with meticulous detail and research discrepancies from purchase orders

• Execute on daily payables and ensure payables are current

• Validate and record daily credit card and banking transactions

• Analyze and record journal entries

• Participate in month-end closing and account reconciliations

• Assist in transactions that may include international transfer pricing and currency conversions

• Compile and collect documentation and data required for internal or external audits

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned in an effort to accomplish the organization’s mission

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and accounts payable

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Command of the English language, both written and oral

• Expert in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets

• Experience with NetSuite required

• Willingness to collaborate on process improvements

• Comfortable with technology - virtual collaborative meetings, adaptable to new software programs and tools

Compensation and Benefits:

• The pay range for the position is $24.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on location and experience
