Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist
- Record expenses and process AP invoices.
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
- Research and resolve accounting/invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor records and draw files.
- Support month and year end processes including accruals, 10099 filing, and audit activities.
- 4 years of AP experience within a multi-entity organization.
- Accounting degree or certification preferred.
- Familiarity with vendor management functions and related documents.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Sage or similar), QuickBooks, and property management software (AppFolio or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
