Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Nerthling's, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
